2013-04-03 New release: LipidXplorer Version 1.2.5

The new version LipidXplorer v1.2.5 is out. The main changes include the possibility to run LipidXplorer from command line, additional elements and some important bug fixes. See README for details. Please see LipidXplorer Installation for instructions.

2012-07-16 New release: LipidXplorer Version 1.2.4

The new version LipidXplorer v1.2.4 can now be run with Python 2.6 64Bit and Python 2.7 64Bit. Using the 64Bit version of LipidXplorer needs the installation of the 64Bit versions of wxPython and NumPy. Please see LipidXplorer Installation for instructions.

2012-06-20 New release: LipidXplorer Version 1.2.3

The new version of LipidXplorer is now available: LipidXplorer v1.2.3. Just unzip it and copy it to a place of your choice. Start it with double clicking on 'LipidXplorer.py'. There is no installer and no need to overwrite your old version (which you can delete confidently).

It provides a lot of bug fixes, improvements in the identification speed, spectra import and user interface. Please see the list of changes here.
